How It Works

1. We design a custom image for your event

Your team building project starts with a design. We create a pixel-art style image tailored to your company. Options include:

• brand imagery

• values or culture themes

• conference graphics

• fun, creative scenes

We iterate with you. You can request revisions, move elements, add characters, or adjust the composition. We send updated drafts until it’s exactly what you want.

2. We turn the design into buildable kits

Your final image is split into 5-inch squares.

Each square becomes its own kit containing:

• pre-sorted bricks

• a printed color map card

• extra bricks so people can get creative

• pry bar for adjustments

3. Your team builds their squares

During your event, each participant or small group gets a kit and a color card. No two cards are the same. 

Outcomes:

4. You assemble the full mosaic as a group

Once the squares are finished, the real teamwork begins. Teams must figure out the layout and place their squares in the correct location. This turns into a fun, energetic challenge with people comparing shapes, colors, and edges to solve the puzzle.

The final reveal is always a show-stopper. Companies display the finished mosaic in their office as a long-term symbol of collaboration.
