Client: Bible Study Fellowship (BSF)
Scope: 64 custom-designed kits for 115 participants. A 60-minute session to build, reflect, and connect.
The Goal: To move beyond a simple icebreaker and create a tangible, lasting symbol of organizational unity through a collaborative build activity with LEGO® bricks.
BSF needed a way to foster genuine connection and collaboration during a staff session. They required an experience that was both an engaging activity and a high-quality piece of corporate branding. With a tight three-week window, we had to move quickly from concept to a fully realized, custom-designed installation.
We developed 64 individual 5x5 inch kits that acted as puzzle pieces to a larger story. The facilitated session focussed on unleashing creativity and embracing ambiguity. To ensure the experience lived on, the project included specialized hardware to transition the collaborative effort into a permanent wall-mounted display.
Together, the team built a massive 40x40 inch logo for permanent display at company headquarters. Beyond the immediate engagement, the impact was so significant that BSF placed a second order to expand this exercise into their worldwide volunteer leadership training program. The final installation now stands as a daily reminder that when everyone works together, the result is greater than the sum of its parts.
“Thank you again for all your help with our BSF logo Lego team-building session!
... the session was fabulous – super fun and applicable. In fact, BSF’s Training Team would like to use this session / exercise to train BSF’s volunteer leaders.”
